Marketers around the globe have been urged to follow this motto for some time now. As a matter of fact, storytelling is regarded as the holy grail for engaging customers in a world where the hard sell is being tuned out. However, while the mandate is clear and the benefits are understood, the reality remains that telling a good story is more challenging for some brands than others.
